Solid cutters for the price. Handles feel good and the cable cutter works great on 10/2 wire.

I do a fair amount of electrical work around the house, and this set handles most of it. The diagonal cutters are sharp and the end nippers pull staples better than I expected. The cable cutter is my favorite piece—cuts through 12/2 Romex like butter. The only knock is the finish on the handles could use a bit more grip, but overall these feel like tools that'll last.

I've worked in the trades for 30 years and have owned just about every brand out there. For the money, this Tekton set is honestly hard to beat. Joints are tight, no play, and they cut cleanly. They're not Klein, but they don't need to be at this price.

The cutters work fine for light-duty jobs around the house. The diagonal cutters struggled a bit with hard steel wire, though, and I had to work a bit to get through a thick bolt cutter-style task. For $25 you can't complain too much, but know what you're getting.

My son got me these for Father's Day after my old pliers finally gave out. What a difference. The cable cutter makes quick work of heavy wire, and the grips don't hurt my hands like my old ones did. Wish I'd bought quality set like this years ago.

The end cutting pliers arrived with a nick in the cutting edge. The other two seem fine. Returns were easy but still a hassle.

Bought this set mainly for fencing and general farm repairs. The cable cutter handles wire up to about 6 gauge without issue, and the diagonal cutters are precise enough for zip ties and small wire. Build quality is surprisingly good for the price point—they feel substantial, not like the cheap stuff from the big box bins. Would buy again.
