These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at drivenfastener.shop and any purchase you make through it. The storefront, Driven Fastener Works, is an independent multi-brand specialist retailer offering a curated selection of drilling, fastening, and assembly tools from Tekton, GearWrench, and Crescent. The site is operated day to day by Rivet & Ratchet Trade Company LLC, a limited liability company registered in Ohio, located at 1420 Rivet Avenue, Suite 7, Dayton, OH 45402, United States. Driven Fastener Works is the retail trade identity of this operating company, not a separate business. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operating company behind the storefront.

Driven Fastener Works is an independent retailer. This site is not an official Tekton, GearWrench, or Crescent brand website, and no such affiliation is claimed. All brand names are used solely to identify the products we carry.

Each new listing is reviewed by a second team member against the manufacturer's published specifications and the physical sample before it goes live. Photos show the actual carried configuration, and set contents, sizes, and case inclusions are stated explicitly rather than implied. Despite careful review, minor variations in manufacturer packaging or specification can occur; if a listing does not match what you receive, contact us and we will make it right under our returns and authenticity processes below.

Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may differ between items and change over time because distributor pricing tiers, freight rates, replenishment batches, and manufacturer-suggested price floors change independently per product line. A difference in price between two listings reflects those underlying costs, not any difference in how the items are sourced or inspected. Every unit, regardless of price point, passes through the same receiving check, listing review, and packing standard.

Promotional codes, such as SAVE15 for 15% off eligible items, are funded directly from the operating company's marketing budget rather than by inflating base prices beforehand. Coupon eligibility is set at checkout by fixed rules. We may modify or end a promotion at any time, and an order's discount is determined by the terms in effect at the moment of purchase.

Orders and Acceptance

Your submitted order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send confirmation of shipment. In the unlikely event that an item is mispriced, unavailable, or affected by an obvious error, we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken, and we will notify you promptly.

Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00, and shipping is free on orders over $45.00. Orders are processed and dispatched from our single compact fulfillment point, and we coordinate with carriers and manage delivery follow-up on every order. Delivery timelines depend on carrier schedules and your location.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the email used at purchase. Returned items should be in the condition received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.

Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer terms included with each product. Because we source every item through authorized channels, your Tekton, GearWrench, or Crescent product carries the manufacturer's own warranty. If you need help with a warranty matter, contact us and we will assist with the manufacturer process.

Authenticity and Quality

Our Commitment

Every item shipped is a genuine production unit of the stated brand, sourced through authorized distributors of the carried brands. We accept no marketplace arbitrage, gray-market lots, or unsourced pallets, and supplier documentation is retained for every replenishment batch. Inbound receiving verifies quantity, packaging integrity, and marking consistency against distributor invoices; spot checks open packaging per batch to confirm contents match the listing; every order is visually checked for finish damage and correct item identification before packing. If any item is ever shown not to be authentic, we treat that as our failure, not your burden.

Inspecting Your Item

We encourage you to inspect items on arrival: check the marking and etching on the tool, compare set contents against the listing, and confirm packaging print quality. Report anything questionable within the 30-day return window, with photos and ideally before the tool is put into service.

Review Process and Remedy

A quality assurance specialist acknowledges your claim and opens a case file, compares the photos and packaging details against known production and packaging references for that brand line, and, if needed, contacts the distributor or brand's channel for verification. You receive a written finding, with the remedy applied if the claim is upheld. If an item fails the authenticity review, you receive a full refund including return shipping, the affected batch is quarantined pending re-verification with the distributor, and the outcome is documented in our review log. Authenticity cases are concluded with a written outcome within ten business days of complete evidence submission, and upheld claims are remedied immediately — refund first, follow-up investigation second.

Intellectual Property

The site's content, layout, listings, and imagery are owned by or licensed to the operating company. Tekton, GearWrench, and Crescent trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site operation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, submitting false orders or claims, or using the site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Service Availability

The shared inbox confirms receipt with a ticket reference on the next business day, resolves general matters directly or forwards them to the matching specialist with full context, and tells you who owns your case. Unresolved general matters after two exchanges are escalated to the operations supervisor via the after-sales department lead.

Legal and Privacy

First response is within three business days. Please include the email address or account the request concerns, a description of the data or content in question, and proof of authority for third-party requests.
