These are beefy pliers that feel like they'll outlast me. The cutting edge hasn't dulled after months of fence wire and electrical work. Only note is they're a bit heavy for small hands, but that's the nature of a 9.5-inch tool.

Every pair of linemen's pliers I've owned before these either slipped on wire or had cutters that went dull in weeks. The Tekton's hardened cutters still slice copper clean after a whole summer of use. The dipped grips are comfortable too. Zero regrets.

Quality is clearly there and the cutters are excellent. They're just heavier than I expected, which matters when they're on your hip all day. Fine for occasional use.

I use these for everything from twisting ground wires to cutting bolts. The induction hardening is real — months in and the cutters still bite through steel wire. The joint is tight with no wobble.

Bought these on sale to replace a worn-out pair. They twist and cut effortlessly and the handles haven't loosened at all. Very happy overall, just wish they came with a belt sheath.

The cutting is sharp but the pivot joint was so stiff that using them for more than a few minutes made my hand ache. Loosened the nut slightly and it helped. Maybe mine was a defect.
