Crescent CWGXLG Heavy Impact Construction Work Gloves, Extra Large, TPR Protection

The TPR knuckle protection saved my hands more than once this week moving steel studs. The Durahide leather broke in within a couple of days and grip is excellent even with sweaty palms. Extra large fits my hands true to size with room to flex. At half off, I bought a second pair for the truck.

Excellent impact protection and very durable leather. They run a bit warm in summer but that's expected with this level of protection.

You can tell these were designed by Mechanix Wear — the fit and articulation are far better than typical construction gloves. The TPR back panels genuinely absorb impacts, and I've been demoing concrete forms all week with zero hand fatigue. The closure keeps dust out. My only note is that the leather took two days to soften up. After that, perfect.

Protection and build quality are solid. Even for XL they felt loose in the fingers, which reduced my grip precision on small fasteners. Consider sizing down.

Tore down a deck and gutted a bathroom with these and the leather shows barely any wear. The impact padding on the knuckles is the real deal when you're swinging a pry bar all day.

Comfortable out of the box and the touchscreen fingertips actually work, which surprised me. Wish they came in a lighter weight for summer.

The stitching along the right thumb let go after three weeks. Protection was good until then but I expected more durability.

I handle rough lumber and rebar daily and these gloves take the abuse without complaint. The TPR protects the backs of my hands from pinch points. Fit is secure without restricting movement. Highly recommend for construction work.

Good grip, good padding, comfortable fit. They are a little stiff the first week but loosen up nicely.
