Tekton 90395 4-Piece Groove Joint Pliers Set (7, 10, 13, 16 in.), Made in USA

All four sizes feel solid, jaws line up perfectly, and the grips are comfortable even when I'm really leaning on them. The 16-incher gives me serious torque on stubborn plumbing fittings. Glad to pay for American quality at this price.

The pliers themselves are excellent, smooth adjustment and no slop in the joints. Only complaint is the box they ship in isn't great for storage, so I tossed them in a tool bag. Would buy again.

I use the 10 and 13 inch almost daily on supply lines and drain nuts. The grip on round stock is fantastic, way better than the cheap imports I used before.

Quality is clearly there and the jaws bite well, but the 16 inch pair is heavier than I anticipated for extended overhead work. The smaller three are five-star tools honestly. Dropping a couple stars just for the weight, your mileage may vary.

Bought these to replace a mismatched pile of hardware store pliers. The adjustment is smooth, teeth are sharp but not overly aggressive, and they don't mar brass fittings the way my old ones did. The 7 inch is great for tight spots behind sinks.

No fault in quality, but I mainly needed mid-size pliers and this set skips the 9-10 inch sweet spot I use most. Should have read the sizes more carefully.

I've been wrenching on cars and house plumbing for 45 years and these remind me of the old-school quality. The red handles are easy to spot in a cluttered drawer too. The 13 inch handles big pipe nuts without slipping. Only wish they came with a roll-up pouch.

I compared these side by side with a Channellock set at the local supplier before ordering. Honestly couldn't tell much difference in the joint fit or the jaw machining. The groove indexing is clean and positive. For $40 this is a steal.

Bought this set for home use and my teenage son has already borrowed the 7 inch pair for his bike projects twice. They've held up fine. Jaws still align after a few months of weekend use. Good starter-to-serious set.
