Picked this set up during the half-off sale and honestly wasn't expecting much at that price. Boy was I wrong. The chrome moly construction feels legit — used them all week on an impact gun changing out suspension parts on my truck, not a single crack or rounding. The 6-point design grips bolts way better than my old 12-point set. The case keeps everything organized, deep and standard sockets are clearly marked. At $47 this thing is a steal. Professional quality without the Snap-on price.

The sockets themselves are excellent — impact rated, hard chrome-ish finish inside, and the manganese phosphate coating resists rust better than my old set ever did. I've been beating on these with my 20V impact driver for a month now with zero issues. Only gripe is the molded case feels a little cheap and a couple of sockets don't sit super tight in their spots. For the sale price though, this is easily a five-star tool value. Just don't drop the case off a lift.

I do brake jobs and general repair work on the side, mostly Japanese cars, and the metric range in this set covers everything I need. The 6-point walls grab stubborn, previously-rounded bolts that my cheaper set just spun on. Deep sockets reach the axle nuts fine. Finish has held up through some greasy weeks without rust spotting. Would buy again.

Sockets work fine on my electric impact wrench. Markings are a little hard to read and the case latch is weak. But for less than fifty bucks you really can't complain too much.

CrMo steel, proper impact wall thickness, and the 6-point profile doesn't chew up corroded fasteners like the 12-point junk they sell at the big box stores. Lugs, ball joints, engine mounts — all done with these and the gun. The deep sockets are genuinely deep, not 'sort of' deep. Buy it while it's on sale.

Just got my first impact wrench and needed sockets that could handle it. This set has everything — shallow and deep, all the common metric sizes. Used them to swap my wheels and do an oil change on the wife's SUV. They feel really sturdy and the dark coating looks cool too. Great beginner set that doesn't feel like a beginner set.

Used the 17mm deep socket on a rusted crank bolt with a decent impact wrench and it cracked on the second attempt. The rest of the set seems fine, but that's a concern for 'impact rated' tools. GearWrench support is sending a replacement so customer service gets a thumbs up, but I'm knocking off stars for the failure itself.

Ran these through a few weeks of farm equipment repairs. They take torque well and clean up easily after getting covered in grease. The manganese phosphate coating is nice and grippy too. Docking a star only because the deep sockets stick out a bit far in tight engine bays, but that's physics, not a flaw.
