Solid construction, smooth compound action, and the dual material grips are comfortable. Takes some practice to figure out which of the two you need for a given angle, but once you get it, they're handy.
Both pliers were really stiff when new and the straight one still doesn't open as smoothly as I'd like after a few weeks of use.
