No — the 81274T includes one 1/4" drive and one 3/8" drive ratchet. Add a separate 1/2" drive 90-tooth GearWrench ratchet if you need heavy-duty torque.
Works with all standard 1/4" and 3/8" drive sockets, extensions, and accessories from GearWrench and other brands.
Versus 72-tooth ratchets, the 90-tooth design halves the swing arc for superior access. Versus fixed-head ratchets, the locking flex head reaches fasteners straight rays can't. Comparable pro-brand flex ratchets cost far more than this sale price.

Being able to lock the head at any angle and have it actually stay put under heavy torque is something my old flex ratchets never did. The 90-tooth mechanism has a tiny 4-degree swing arc so I can ratchet in spaces I'd normally need a stubby for. Both sizes get regular use on my project cars. At under $40 for the pair, this is easily the best ratchet value out there right now.
90 teeth of silky smooth ratcheting. The locking flex head holds firm. Buy them.
Great finish, great action, the 1/4" one is my go-to for interior work now. The lock lever takes a little getting used to but it's solid. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay Matco prices.
Ratchet action is excellent, no complaints there. The head locking lever though feels like it could break if I'm rough with it. Babying it for now and hoping it holds up.
Been turning wrenches professionally for 22 years and these have earned a spot in my top tray. The 4-degree arc is a real advantage working around engine blocks. Chrome finish wipes clean. The teardrop head gets into recessed bolt areas my round-head ratchets couldn't.
Got these for my husband who's always tinkering. He says the flex head locks tighter than his expensive one and hasn't put them down since. Win.
Both ratchets run true, no play in the heads. 3/8" handles brake work easily, 1/4" is perfect for dash and electrical. Two stars off would be too harsh but the handle knurling could be slightly more aggressive with oily hands.
Best bang for buck ratchets on the market. Locking flex heads work flawlessly.
