I've always been a fixed-wrench snob but these convertibles won me over. The worm gear is smooth with almost no play in the jaws, even on the 12-inch. The wide jaws grip hex nuts across the flats properly instead of rounding corners. For fifty bucks this set is a no-brainer for any toolbox.

They actually grab those oversized plumbing nuts that my old Crescent would slip on. The knurl on the adjuster gives a confident feel even with greasy hands. Keep the 8-inch in the truck and the big ones in the shop.

The chrome finish wipes clean and hasn't shown any rust through a wet spring of outdoor work. Adjustment is smooth and the anti-backoff feature genuinely helps under vibration. I do wish there were a pouch included for storage. Otherwise totally satisfied.

One for me, one for my son-in-law who's starting out as an appliance tech. He uses the 6-inch constantly in tight cabinets. Neither set has developed any jaw wobble after months of use.

The build quality is there and the jaws grip well, no complaints about function. They're just heavier than my previous brand, which adds up when the 10 and 12 are both on your belt all day. Fine for shop use, maybe less ideal for carrying around.

I wrench on tractors on the weekends and these handle serious torque on rusty implements without the adjuster slipping. The off-corner loading design really does reduce fastener rounding. Very impressed.

The etched markings on both sides are a small thing but I appreciate not squinting to set a size. Jaws close square and true. The 12-inch has become my go-to for axle nuts when I'm too lazy to find the socket.

Had a drawer full of assorted no-name adjustable wrenches that all had slop. This set consolidated everything into four quality tools that actually feel like they were made by people who use tools. The anti-backoff knurl is a clever touch.

Loved the set for the first month, then the worm gear on the 12-inch started binding and now it barely moves. The smaller three still work great, but the big one letting down is frustrating. Warranty claim in progress.
