This tool pops door panel clips without tearing the foam or snapping the plastic retainers. The square tip gets under clip heads cleanly. Paid for itself on the first job.

I've done three door panel removals with this now, including a stubborn Honda rear door, and it hasn't bent or chipped. The tri-lobe handle gives a confident grip even with sweaty hands. Sometimes I wish the blade was a touch thinner for really tight clips, but that's a minor quibble. Much better than the flathead screwdriver approach I used for years.

Works as intended on standard push clips. It's essentially a shaped pry bar, so don't expect magic on very brittle clips.

The dual material handle makes a real difference when you're leaning into a stuck clip. Also used it on bumper push pins and interior trim with no marring.

Bought this to fix a window regulator in my wife's car and ended up using it for the radio swap too. It slides behind panels without gouging the vinyl. Twelve fifty is a fair price for something this sturdy. Keeping it in the door pocket of my toolbox.
